The Queue tab displays temporary print processing activity, not a permanent list of cloud print jobs.
Print jobs may appear briefly and then disappear once they are transferred to the Elevate Sky cloud.
If you submitted a cloud print job, sign in at an authorized printer and check the available jobs on its control panel.
