Elevate Sky supports printer monitoring through SNMP when monitoring has been configured on both the printer and the ESPM platform.
Administrators can review device status, supply warnings, and reported errors.
To review monitoring information:

Sign in to the ESPM Administrator Portal.

Open the Monitoring area under Print Management or Activity & Reports, depending on the portal layout.

Select Status, Supply Warnings, or Notifications.
-
Review the available device information.
Administrators can also create email notifications for selected printer conditions and errors.
