The MCC Express Passport is a fast, simple way to request service, order supplies, or report meter readings for your MCC-supported equipment.
Each system installed by MCC now includes an Express Passport with a unique QR code. When you scan the QR code with your smartphone, it opens an MCC form that is already connected to your account and equipment information. That means you do not have to search for your serial number, model number, or account details before submitting a request.
With the Express Passport, you can:
- Request service
- Order supplies
- Report meter readings
- Contact MCC
To use it, scan the QR code on the Passport, choose the option you need, enter the requested information, and submit the form. For service requests, simply describe the issue. For supply orders, select the supplies you need. For meter readings, enter the current meter count from your equipment. Learn more: How to Use the Express Passport
The Express Passport helps MCC receive the correct account and equipment information right away, which makes it easier to process your request quickly and accurately.
If your equipment does not have an Express Passport, or if you need a replacement label or card, contact MCC to request one.
