Elevate Sky administrators can assign printers directly to users or to groups.

To assign printers to an individual user:

1. Navigate to Printer Allocation > Internal Directory > User Management.

2. Locate the user.

3. Select the printer allocation icon under Actions.

4. Choose the appropriate printers, queues, IP ranges, regions, properties, or rooms.

5. Click Save Changes.

To assign printers to a group, use Group Management instead of User Management and follow the same allocation process.

Users may need to refresh their ESPM client to see updated printer assignments.
