The ESPM client has three main tabs:
-
Config: Displays your sign-in status, printer authentication credentials, accounting code, and diagnostic information.
-
Queue: Displays the temporary status of print jobs being processed and transferred to Elevate Sky.
-
Printers: Displays the printers assigned to your account by your administrator.
The Queue tab is not a permanent list of cloud-stored print jobs. Jobs typically disappear from this tab once they have been transferred.
