Your organization’s ESPM administrator can send you an email invitation containing the download link and sign-in instructions.

Open your Elevate Sky invitation email.
-
Click the download link for your operating system.
-
Open the downloaded installation file.
-
Follow the installation prompts to install the ESPM client.
-
Return to your invitation email.
-
Click the sign-in link provided in the email to complete your passwordless login.
Once installed and authenticated, the ESPM client makes your assigned printers available for use.
Note: Elevate Sky supports Windows 10/11, supported versions of macOS, and Chrome OS.
