Print policies allow administrators to control how printing resources are used.

For example, policies can enforce duplex printing or restrict printing volumes.

To create a policy:

1. Navigate to Settings & Configuration > System Configuration > Policies.

2. Click New policies.

3. Enter a policy name and description.

4. Configure the desired policy parameters.

5. Click Create policy.

Policies can be applied to supported printers, locations, and directory groups.
