Elevate Sky administrators can establish quotas to limit the number of color or monochrome pages users may print or copy.

1. Sign in to the ESPM Administrator Portal.

2. Navigate to Print Management > MFD Network > Quotas.

3. Click Add quota.

4. Enter a name and optional description.

5. Select the quota cycle and start date.

6. Choose the users or groups to which the quota applies.

7. Set the permitted color and monochrome page limits.

8. Click Add quota.

9. Under Actions, select Immediately apply quota.

Quotas assigned to groups apply individually to each member, rather than creating a shared pool.

Important: Quotas cannot be deleted. This feature is limited to supported, provisioned multifunction printers.
