Requesting service from MCC is simple. Whether you prefer to submit a request online, call, email, or use your MCC Express Passport, you have several options to get help when your equipment or system needs support.
Option 1: Submit an Online Service Request
You can request service online by completing the MCC service request form.
Use this option when you want to send your request directly to MCC with the details needed to begin the service process.
Before submitting the form, include as much information as possible, such as:
- Your business name
- Contact name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Equipment model
- Serial number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or screenshots, if helpful
Once the form is complete, submit the request and MCC will review the information, enter a service call and dispatch a tech.
Option 2: Call MCC
If you prefer to speak with someone directly, you can call MCC and talk with a live Client Service representative.
Calling is a good option if the issue is urgent, difficult to explain in writing, or affecting multiple users, systems, or locations.
When you call, be prepared to provide your business name, contact information, equipment serial number, and a brief description of the problem.
Option 3: Email MCC
You can also request service by email.
When emailing a service request, provide as much detail as possible so MCC can route your request correctly. Be sure to include:
- Business name
- Contact name
- Phone number
- Equipment serial number
- Location of the device or system
- Description of the service issue
- Any error messages, photos, or screenshots
The more detail you include, the faster MCC can understand the issue and assign the right support.
Option 4: Use the MCC Express Passport
The MCC Express Passport is the quickest and easiest way to request service for MCC-supported equipment.
Each system installed by MCC includes an Express Passport with a unique QR code. When you scan the QR code, it opens a service form that is already connected to your account and equipment information. Your model, serial number, and account details are filled in automatically, so you do not have to search for them before submitting the request.
To request service using the Express Passport:
- Scan the QR code on the Passport for the equipment that needs service.
- Tap Request Service.
- Enter the reason for the service request.
- Add a photo if it helps explain the issue.
- Submit the request.
If your device does not have an Express Passport, contact MCC to request one.
What Information Should You Include?
No matter which request method you choose, clear details help MCC respond faster. When possible, include:
- What is happening
- When the issue started
- Whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes
- Any error codes or warning messages
- Whether one user or multiple users are affected
- Whether the equipment is completely down or still usable
- Photos, screenshots, or examples of the problem
For example, instead of writing “copier broken,” a better request would be: “The copier jams from Tray 2 every time we print legal-size documents. The screen shows error code E123.”
Tiny details make a big difference. The machine may be dramatic, but your service request does not have to be.
Which Option Should You Use?
For the fastest request, use the MCC Express Passport if your equipment has one.
Use the online service form when you are away from the device or need to submit a detailed request.
Use phone support when the issue is urgent or you need to explain something directly.
Use email when you need to include written details, screenshots, or multiple pieces of information.
