Elevate Sky estimates printing costs using information such as the number of pages printed and whether the output is monochrome or color.

During printer discovery, ESPM applies default cost-per-page values:

• Monochrome printing: $0.06 per page

• Color printing: $0.10 per page

Administrators can adjust these values for individual devices to better reflect their organization’s actual printing expenses.

These figures are estimates and should not automatically be treated as actual billing charges.
