The more information you provide, the easier it will be for our technicians to repair your system quickly.

Essential information for every service request:

  1. Business Name or MCC Account ID (ex., C11111)
  2. Contact name, phone, and email
  3. System serial number or MCC Equip ID (ex., MCC123456)
  4. Reason for the request – the more information you can provide, the better. This includes any error codes, power failures, network problems, recent changes, etc.

Extremely helpful information you may be asked for:

1. System location: although we have the address where we installed your system, sometimes copiers, postage systems, etc get moved from one office location to another. To avoid sending your tech to the wrong location, we may ask you to verify the address.

2. Business hours: If you business hours vary from the normal 8-5 Monday through Friday, please let us know so we can make sure a tech arrives when it is convenient for you.
